I’m Lina the Nutritionist and Head Coach at Resilience Performance.
​
I have been in the industry since 2019 and am a qualified Nutritionist and Strength Coach. If I’m not trying out the new food craze, you might find me on the platform competing.
Competing in powerlifting is another hobby of mine that I absolutely love. There’s something about pushing to be better and building mental resilience in the sport that I love. Being able to bring this same mentality and confidence to the individuals of Resilience Performance is also something I love. Showcasing that anything is possible when it comes to strength.

Rocco here, I am your hybrid coach at Resilience Performance!

I have been in the fitness industry since 2016 and I couldn't see myself doing anything else. What i love most about health and fitness is seeing how far you can push and change your body all through movement.
My biggest achievements are all around the goals my clients have been able to achieve. If you are keen to get your body to achieve things you never thought was possible, come and have a chat with me!

OUR PASSION
Our passion developed from our own journey and experiences in health and fitness. That feeling of being new to the gym, having zero structure, and scared to take up space in the gym. We know it so damn well, so let us help you, let us show you what you are capable of achieving through strength training, nutrition and everything in between.
Training CAN be enjoyable and nutrition CAN be sustainable and I can't wait to show you all it has to offer!
